    Below is a listing of the questions we most often recieve regarding the PCCR Program and the answers we provide.

Q: How long did it take to start the PCCR Program?
A: All totalled it took about six months to have all the counselors trained, setup the meeting schedule, inform the student body, etc.

Q: How many people are involvd in the program?
A: The entire school, faculty and student body, is indirectly involved, which makes about 600 people. The core group of individuals directly involved with the program consists of around 50 members.

Q: Why did you decide to create this program?
A: We began developing the program when we noticed a shocking increase in school violence, both at home and around the country. We knew the problem had to be stopped.

Q: What was the biggest obstacle you faced?
A: The entire process of setting up the program was by far the most daunting. This included getting grants and funding, setting up schedules, and training the counselors.

Q: How receptive was the school to the program?
A: Both Alexander students and faculty were extremely receptive. Teachers were very generous with letting students be excused from classes to be counseled, and the students began taking advantage of the program almost immediately.
